Our New Website

As the Avalon Foundation launches another summer of ambitious programming – 10 outdoor summer concerts, Easton Carnival and 4th of July Fireworks, Plein Air Easton and more – we have also been hard at work on a very different launch: this new website that integrates with our ticketing and data systems. Begun nearly a year ago, the new site marries our many data systems into a single, modern system to meaningfully enhance the customer experience and offer state-of-the-art security for all financial transactions.

So, what can you expect from the new Avalon Foundation website? Let's delve into the features and improvements that await you:

  • A captivating narrative: Our website will serve as an immersive platform for sharing the rich stories behind our productions, exhibitions, and events. Through compelling visuals, articles, and video production, the many ways that we serve our community will come to life throughout our new digital home.

  • Streamlined ticketing process: Purchasing tickets for Avalon Foundation events will be smoother than ever. A user-friendly interface will guide you through the ticket selection process, offering personalized recommendations based on your preferences. Through PCI-DDS compliant, tokenized and encrypted transactions, the system can remember your payment preferences, making highly secure future purchases a breeze.

  • Personalized experiences: Our new software is integrated with email and social media systems to enable us to deliver customized content and recommendations based on your interests. From the website you will be able to see our full list of events or use powerful filtering tools to identify those that match your preferences.

  • Enhanced Producers Guild membership benefits: Producers Guild members are the lifeblood of the Avalon Foundation, and we've designed our new website to provide an elevated experience for our valued supporters. Our new software will manage both ticket purchases and donations so members can set up automatic renewals, RSVP to members-only events, and enjoy early access to ticket sales right from the website. Of course, you can still reach out to our staff for the high level of care that is our hallmark.

  • Seamless process for donors: Our new website will feature a seamless donation process, allowing donors to contribute to our various programs and initiatives either as an add-on to ticket purchases or as a standalone transaction. We will also highlight specific fundraising campaigns, making it easier than ever to support your closest-to-heart causes.

  • Volunteering at the Avalon is a click away: Just as the Foundation relies on philanthropic support, it would not exist without our volunteers. With our new system, volunteer opportunities will be coordinated with easy-to-use tools and we will be able to track and celebrate volunteer activity like never before.

Accessing your online customer record

1) If you have booked a ticket, made a donation, or bought a membership for the Avalon Foundation or Plein Air Easton in the past, then you have a customer account created and your order history has been imported.

2) When you book for the first time online using the email address you have used before, you'll be sent a "passwordless link" to click and login. You'll then be given the option to set your password at the end of your booking process.

3) Alternatively, if you want to login to your online account before making a booking, you'll need to reset your password. Passwords have not been transferred over from our previous booking system.

Customers with tickets to future shows

With this major change, we would like to reassure you that if you have booked tickets for concerts or any events happening in the future, your tickets will still be valid. Patrons will still be able to show your E-tickets that you have received through Showare.

Thank you for your support as we embark on this major transition together. We are so excited to welcome you to our new digital home.
