US Navy Band Sea Chanters

This summer’s Avalon Foundation Outdoor Concert Series offers a fun and free opportunity to enjoy good, live music with your family, friends and neighbors in the streets of Easton!

Starting promptly at 7 p.m., concerts take place on Saturday nights on Harrison Street between Dover & Goldsborough Streets. The streets will be closed to traffic at 5 p.m., so bring some chairs and claim your space early!

Children are welcome and dancing is encouraged.

In the event of rain, all shows will be moved to the Avalon Theatre.

The US Navy celebrates its 250th anniversary this year, and what better way to celebrate such an event than with the US Navy Band Sea Chanters, the OFFICIAL Chorus of the Navy. Whether its patriotic, opera, or Broadway, this chorus will send chills up and down your spine...perfect for a hot summer night on the Shore.

The Sea Chanters are the United States Navy’s official chorus. The ensemble performs a variety of music including traditional choral music, sea chanteys, patriotic fare, opera, Broadway and contemporary music. The Sea Chanters regularly perform for the public in the Washington, D.C., area and throughout the United States while on national tours. At home in Washington, they perform for the president, vice president, and numerous congressional, military and foreign dignitaries.
